Being around animals feels like home.

To me, photography is an exercise in care, a practice in being present, and honoring the world around you. So in turning the camera toward the animals that walk alongside us – and the families they share their world with – it gives me a chance to extend that care for the animals that I feel are so important to our experience as people. A big step along my path was when I decided to become vegan. This choice aligns my values with my actions, and helps me build a life and career that honors what has brought me so much joy.
